AlphaScrum began as a consulting practice built around a simple conviction: that most delivery problems in large organisations are structural, and that the firms hired to fix them are usually paid in a way that rewards not fixing them. It relaunches now with the same conviction and a great deal more evidence behind it.
What we are
Two things, deliberately
A delivery partner. We staff, coach and run engineering teams — augmentation, managed pods, transformation programmes and build–operate–transfer centres — from a delivery base in Bengaluru and a registered office in Phoenix.
A knowledge institution. We publish the whole of our reasoning, free and ungated, in the knowledge library. Not as content marketing with a gate at the bottom, but as the actual argument for why our approach is the right one. If you read all of it and decide to do the work yourselves, that is a legitimate outcome and we would rather that than a client who hired us without understanding why.
The two are the same business. A firm that will not publish its method is usually protecting a margin rather than an insight.

The commitments that constrain us
These are the things we will put in a contract, which is the only test of whether a stated value is real.
An exit date, agreed at the start
Every transformation engagement carries a handover date and a named internal successor from the first month. If our headcount on your programme rises quarter on quarter, we have failed.
No substitution without consent
You interview every named person. Replacing someone without your written agreement is a breach on our side, not a staffing convenience.
Your system of record, not ours
We work in your repository, your tracker, your pipeline. There is no parallel board and no weekly deck describing work you can already see.
Metrics you own
Flow and quality metrics are published to a dashboard you control. You never have to ask us how it is going.
The method stays published
Everything in the AlphaScrum method is described in the library in enough detail to run without us. We charge for the work, not for access to the ideas.
We will tell you not to hire us
If the honest answer to your problem is an internal hire, a different vendor, or doing nothing for six months, that is what the first conversation will say.
