Services

Pick by what you are short of.

Capacity, outcomes, structural change, a permanent capability, or the ability to do it yourselves. Every model below is priced, scoped and terminated differently — and choosing the wrong one is the most expensive mistake available to you here.

01Capacity

Team Augmentation

Named engineers, scrum masters, product owners, QA and SRE who join your team, work your hours and your board, and are accountable to your Definition of Done. Not a black-box vendor team behind a project manager.

Typical size
2–25 people
Commitment
3 months minimum, monthly thereafter
Time to first commit
10–20 business days
Commercials
Monthly rate card per role and seniority
Where they sit
Bengaluru delivery centre, remote-first

This is for you if

  • You have a roadmap and a hiring freeze, or a hiring pipeline that is nine months long
  • You need a specific capability — platform, data, mobile, security — for two to four quarters
  • You have tried an offshore vendor before and got a status report instead of a contribution

What you get

Named people, not a headcount pool

You interview every person. Nobody is swapped without your written agreement. The CV you see is the person who joins, and substitution without consent is a contractual breach on our side, not a staffing convenience.

Embedded in your system of record

Our engineers work in your repo, your Jira or Linear, your CI, your on-call rotation if you want them there. There is no parallel tracker and no weekly deck summarising work you can already see.

Overlap engineered, not accidental

A minimum four-hour live overlap with your core hours is written into the engagement, along with a written handover protocol for the hours outside it.

A delivery lead who is on our payroll

Someone senior owns quality, ramp and escalation on our side at no additional line item. You are not paying a margin for a coordinator whose job is to manage you.

Exit without hostage-taking

Thirty days notice, no termination penalty after the initial term, and a documented handover as a contractual deliverable rather than a favour.

Ask any augmentation vendor for their substitution rate and their median tenure on an account. The answer, or the refusal, tells you everything.
02Outcome

Managed Pods

A complete, durable cross-functional team that owns a product surface end to end — discovery through production support — against outcomes you set quarterly, with our delivery lead accountable for throughput.

Typical size
5–9 people
Commitment
Quarterly, renewed on outcomes
Ramp
3–5 weeks including discovery
Commercials
Fixed monthly pod fee
Governance
Weekly demo, quarterly business review

This is for you if

  • You have a product area nobody internally has the capacity to own
  • You want an outcome commitment, not a timesheet
  • You need to stand up a capability now and absorb it internally in a year

What you get

A whole team, not a group of specialists

Product owner, tech lead, engineers, QA and a fractional designer, staffed as a durable unit that stays together. Team longevity is the single most reliable predictor of delivery performance we have found.

Quarterly outcome contract

Each quarter opens with a one-page outcome contract naming the business measure that will move. Scope inside the quarter is ours to negotiate; the outcome is not.

Flow metrics published weekly

Throughput, cycle time, work in progress, change failure rate and deployment frequency go to a dashboard you own. You do not have to ask how it is going.

Absorption path built in

From month six, your engineers pair into the pod on a schedule, and the handover plan is reviewed at every quarterly business review.

A pod that cannot show you its cycle-time distribution is a pod that is not measuring itself.
03Change

Delivery Transformation

Operating-model work for organisations where the delivery problem is structural: dependencies, handoffs, funding models, governance and topology. Diagnosis first, always, and an exit date agreed before we start.

Diagnostic
4–6 weeks, fixed fee
Programme
2–4 quarters, wave-based
Team
2–6 consultants, tapering by design
Commercials
Fixed-fee phases with outcome gates
Exit
Handover date set in the first month

This is for you if

  • You have done an agile rollout and the numbers did not move
  • Twenty teams produce the throughput you would expect from six
  • Regulatory or audit obligations are being used as the reason nothing can change

What you get

A diagnostic you could act on without us

Four to six weeks: value-stream mapping, flow baseline, dependency census, interviews and a constraint analysis. The output is a prioritised, costed intervention plan that is yours whether or not you engage us further.

Intervention at the structural layer

Team topology redesign, interface contracts, dependency elimination, platform and paved-road investment, funding-model change. Ceremonies are the last thing we touch, not the first.

Governance redesigned as a pipeline concern

Audit evidence, approvals and segregation of duties are moved into the delivery pipeline so compliance becomes a by-product rather than a gate.

An internal coaching cadre

We select, train and certify your own people against the method. Our headcount on your programme is designed to fall every quarter.

We publish our exit date at the start. If our headcount on your programme is higher in quarter four than quarter two, we have failed and the contract says so.
04Capability

Build–Operate–Transfer

We stand up your India engineering centre — recruiting, entity guidance, facilities, delivery process and leadership bench — run it to an agreed performance bar, then transfer it to you as a going concern at a pre-agreed price.

Build
3–6 months to first delivering team
Operate
12–24 months typical
Transfer
Pre-agreed price and trigger
Scale
15–150 people
Location
Bengaluru, with tier-2 options

This is for you if

  • You want an offshore capability you eventually own, not a vendor relationship forever
  • You have been quoted a captive-centre setup and it looked like an eighteen-month project
  • You need the capability producing before the entity is fully stood up

What you get

Build — hiring against your bar, not ours

Your interview loop, your levelling, your compensation philosophy. We run the funnel, the employer brand and the offer process, and we hire for the team you will inherit.

Operate — a real delivery record before transfer

The centre delivers under our management against published flow and quality metrics, so what you take over has a track record rather than a business case.

Transfer — priced up front

The transfer price, the trigger conditions and the retention arrangements for key staff are agreed in the original contract. No renegotiation at the moment you have the least leverage.

Entity and compliance navigation

Coordination with the specialists who handle incorporation, transfer pricing, payroll, PF and statutory compliance. We do not give legal or tax advice; we make sure it happens on schedule.

Any BOT contract without a transfer price written into the original document is not a BOT contract. It is a staffing contract with an optimistic name.
05Training

AlphaScrum Academy

Certification and applied training in the method, delivered to your teams against your actual backlog and your actual constraints. Cohort-based, assessed on evidence of practice rather than a multiple-choice exam.

Cohort size
8–20 participants
Method tracks
4–12 weeks, part-time
Technical tracks
5–10 weeks, part-time
Tracks available
8
Delivery
Remote-first, on-site available

This is for you if

  • You want internal coaches rather than a permanent consulting line item
  • Your scrum masters have certifications and no diagnostic ability
  • You need a common language across teams, vendors and business stakeholders

What you get

Eight certification tracks

Three in the method — Practitioner, Lead and Architect — and five technical: AI-Native Delivery, AI Engineering, Agentic Systems Engineering, Web3 and Smart Contract Security, and Mobile Delivery. Each is assessed on a submitted body of work from your own environment.

Taught against your backlog

Cohorts work their own value stream, their own dependency map and their own flow data. Nobody leaves with a case study about a fictional company.

Assessment that means something

A portfolio and an oral defence, reviewed by a practising consultant. Certification can be withheld, and sometimes is. That is what makes it worth holding.

Free public curriculum

The entire knowledge library stays open and free. We charge for assessment, cohort facilitation and coaching — not for access to ideas.

A certification you can fail is the only kind with any signal in it.

Choosing

A one-screen comparison

If two rows look equally right, the deciding question is usually whether you want to own the capability afterwards.
