Terms of use

The site

This website is operated by SKXYWTF LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The knowledge library

Articles in the knowledge library are published for general professional information. They are not consulting advice for your specific situation, and they are not legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Where an article discusses regulation, audit or contracting, it describes general practice only; how any rule applies to you depends on your jurisdiction, your regulator and your auditor, and you should take qualified advice.

You may read, quote and link to library articles with attribution. You may not republish them in full, resell them, or present them as your own work or as the basis of a competing training or certification offering.

The assessment

The maturity assessment is a self-scored indicative tool that runs in your browser. It is not a diagnostic, and its output should not be relied on as the basis of an investment or organisational decision.

Marks

AlphaScrum and AlphaScrum™ are marks of SKXYWTF LLC. Other product, framework and company names referred to on this site — including third-party agile frameworks and certifications — are the marks of their respective owners, and are used descriptively. AlphaScrum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of them.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKXYWTF LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published here.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement is governed solely by a separately executed written agreement, and statements on this site about engagement terms are descriptions of our usual approach rather than contractual commitments.
