Team Augmentation

Named engineers, scrum masters, product owners, QA and SRE who join your team, work your hours and your board, and are accountable to your Definition of Done. Not a black-box vendor team behind a project manager.

This is for you if

  • You have a roadmap and a hiring freeze, or a hiring pipeline that is nine months long
  • You need a specific capability — platform, data, mobile, security — for two to four quarters
  • You have tried an offshore vendor before and got a status report instead of a contribution

What you get

01

Named people, not a headcount pool

You interview every person. Nobody is swapped without your written agreement. The CV you see is the person who joins, and substitution without consent is a contractual breach on our side, not a staffing convenience.

02

Embedded in your system of record

Our engineers work in your repo, your Jira or Linear, your CI, your on-call rotation if you want them there. There is no parallel tracker and no weekly deck summarising work you can already see.

03

Overlap engineered, not accidental

A minimum four-hour live overlap with your core hours is written into the engagement, along with a written handover protocol for the hours outside it.

04

A delivery lead who is on our payroll

Someone senior owns quality, ramp and escalation on our side at no additional line item. You are not paying a margin for a coordinator whose job is to manage you.

05

Exit without hostage-taking

Thirty days notice, no termination penalty after the initial term, and a documented handover as a contractual deliverable rather than a favour.

How to test this claim

Ask any augmentation vendor for their substitution rate and their median tenure on an account. The answer, or the refusal, tells you everything.
